A closer look at the work
The homepage groups the work into six areas. Here's a bit more detail on each — the questions clients are usually asking when they call, and roughly how we approach them.
Technology & Commercial Strategy Alignment
Is there a disconnect between your technology teams and your business leaders? It's not unusual for commercial strategy — sales, marketing, pricing, support, upsell — to be decided in one room while technology strategy is decided in another, by a different team. That doesn't work.
We offer everything from a short strategy audit to a full alignment project, depending on how wide the gap is and how quickly it needs closing.
Project Implementation — Scoping & Delivery
How well did the last few technology projects go? For most people the honest answer is "not so well". Implementation is usually where technology projects seem to fail — except technology rarely fails on its own; it's just not implemented properly.
"Properly" means understanding what the business actually needs before designing a solution, then delivering it in a sensible, flexible way — following an overall plan without being rigidly bound to it. It is possible.
Operations Upgrade
Are your operations too dependent on old-fashioned approaches? Do sales or support struggle to keep track of cases and leads? Is the customer experience less than delighted, and does it all cost more than it should?
Many sales and support organisations are stuck in the past, treating headcount as the answer to growth. The alternative is straightening out the processes, improving the systems, improving the product itself, and aligning better with partners and suppliers. In operations, either it all works together or your customers are being let down.
Organizational Transformation
Is your company ready for the future, or stuck in a rut? Whatever you need to achieve, you'll likely need to change how the organisation operates — which can be easy or hard, depending on the leadership and communication behind it.
Start with an honest understanding of the scale of change actually needed, then decide how to proceed. In our experience, the most effective way to change is simply to get on with it — excessive fuss tends to create more concern and resistance than it resolves.
Client Insights & Commercial Planning
What are your overall business prospects? Even if your commercial strategy is still taking shape, there's value in a clear-eyed look at the key areas — marketing, product development, sales — before committing to a direction.
This often leads into a technology alignment project, but doesn't have to. At minimum, it gives you a solid read on the commercial approach worth pursuing.
Product / Roadmap Development
Do you have a clear, shared plan for what you're building or buying over the next 18 months? Once the overall commercial and technology strategy is agreed, there are usually gaps between where you are and where that strategy says you need to be.
Closing them takes a plan and a timeline — turning an agreed strategy into a concrete list of deliverables, taken piece by piece rather than all at once.
Talk it through
Every engagement starts as a conversation, not a proposal.
